How long does delivery take?

After your payment is processed, it generally takes 1-3 business days for processing and 24-48 hours for printing. With standard shipping (6-7 business days), you can expect to receive your order within 8 to 12 business days

Can I track my order?
Yes, we will include a direct link or tracking number for you to follow from our drop shipping partner.

What is your return policy?
At Drippy Fishy, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a faulty or damaged canvas print, we are here to make it right!
How to Request a Reprint or Refund: If your canvas print arrives with any defects, such as loose canvas, scratches, bubbles, or fading, please contact us immediately at jamorisslaughter@gmail.com. We will work closely with our dropshipping partner to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a perfect product.
To expedite the process, please send us:

A clear digital image of the damage or defect.

Once we receive your email, we will contact our drop shipping partner to arrange for a reprint or refund at no extra cost to you.
Returns Procedure: Please email us the pictures of the damaged product at jamorisslaughter@gmail.com. We will review the issue and work with our supplier to get things sorted.
Returns Window: You can request a return or refund within 90 days of receiving your order.
Refund Method: Refunds will be processed through the original payment method (credit card or PayPal) within 7 business days after the issue has been resolved.
Return Shipping Costs: Drippy Fishy will cover any return shipping costs associated with faulty or defective items.
